RocketCyber is searching for a Technical Support professional. If you are an individual who takes pride by putting the customer first, excellent communicator and enjoys helping customers resolve problems and are looking to expand your career in cyber security, then we want to talk to you. In this role you will work on the front lines with our SOC (security operations center) detecting and triaging malicious actors.

  • Help customers configure and optimize the RocketCyber Threat Monitoring Platform
  • Take ownership of customer issues, troubleshooting, and issue a resolution or escalation to other departments
  • Identify and escalate issues to Development and/or Security Operations
  • Ensure customer issues, tickets and inquiries are resolved expediently
  • Document software bugs, issues and work with engineering for a resolution.
  • Take ownership of troubleshooting documentation.
  • Initiate customer communication via chat, phone and email in a prompt manner.
  • Work with Security Operations to identify common threats across endpoints, firewalls and cloud applications.
  • Customer service oriented, great attitude and communication skills with clients
  • Experience with troubleshooting Windows and macOS
  • Linux and Network troubleshooting a plus
  • Scripting experience is a bonus (PowerShell, Python)
  • Support, IT and/or Security certifications are a bonus
  • System administration and knowledge of RMM tools is a plus
  • Capable of performing technical tasks without supervision.
  • Become an owner of the technical support division and improve the process to better service RocketCyber customers
