SOC 2 Audit

To obtain a SOC 2 report, an organization must undergo an in-depth audit performed by a third-party CPA. Our audit was conducted by KirkpatrickPrice, a nationwide security and compliance solutions provider. The audit included the suitability of relevant controls we have in-place and the operating effectiveness of these controls as evidenced over a 12-month period.

HIPAA Compliance

For MSPs providing security services to healthcare and related organizations subject to the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), RocketCyber is HIPAA compliant and enables covered entities and their business associates to use the RocketCyber Managed SOC-as-a-Service. We partner with HIPAA Secure Now, validating our technical, administrative and physical safeguards are inline as specified by NIST and the HIPAA Security Rule.

Identity Protection

Let you know you’re protected in the event of identity theft in areas of the RocketCyber site asking for sensitive data. With our Shopper Identity Protection, you as the customer, get complimentary coverage up to $100,000 for 90 days after the purchase in the event of identity theft.

Vulnerability Scan

RocketCyber regularly runs vulnerability scans from numerous vendors. Our development team learns of existing and potential vulnerabilities through internal and external assessments, system patch monitoring, and review of threat intelligence feeds. Results from each assessment are reviewed, ranked according to risk, and assigned to the responsible team for remediation.
