RocketCyber Opens and Extends its Managed SOC Platform with AppStore

The RocketCyber AppStore enables development partners to deliver security to MSPs via apps on a unified endpoint agent.

DALLAS, TX – RocketCyber, a Managed SOC platform for managed service providers, today announced the availability of the RocketCyber AppStore, the industry’s first cloud solution that opens the RocketCyber Threat Platform to third party applications, enabling a single agent – ecosystem experience. The RocketCyber AppStore permits customers to try, buy and deploy vetted partner security apps with the threat platform, without needing to deploy additional agents or manage other technologies. Through the RocketCyber AppStore, security vendors can introduce innovation while getting to market faster without needing to develop agents, APIs, and multi-tenant platforms.

Over the last decade, the deployment of new agents and consoles were required to address various cyber security use cases. The RocketCyber AppStore introduces the first MSP cyber security cloud-based ecosystem, where agents are consolidated while providing a selection of security vendor technologies managed by a single multi-tenant cloud console, built specifically for managed service providers.

“We developed the RocketCyber AppStore to transform the security experience for our MSP customers through open integration. The RocketCyber threat monitoring platform is an ecosystem including purpose-built apps by both RocketCyber and trusted partners enabling the MSP to improve administration of their security stack without deploying new agents, all through the RocketCyber Platform,” said Carl Banzhof, CEO and co-founder of RocketCyber. “We believe, The RocketCyber AppStore and core agent capabilities will redefine how security vendors approach the MSP industry and ultimately drive better protection to an underserved market.”

SecureNow, one of RocketCyber’s first RocketApp development partners is simultaneously launching their Active Directory monitoring app. The app continuously monitors changes to active directory user accounts and reports them to the RocketCyber Console for security monitoring purposes. In addition to the security benefit of this app, SecureNow is able to leverage a tighter integration with its Security Awareness Training product in order to ensure all users are included in anti-phishing campaigns and other security awareness training services.

“MSPs are actively strengthening their approach to layered security to improve their services for small to medium-sized businesses,” said Art Gross, CEO at Breach Secure Now. “Breach Secure Now’s strategic partnership with RocketCyber leverages the power of the RocketCyber Platform to offer customers the ability to monitor user account changes in Active Directory and synchronize the results to the Breach Secure Now cloud. We are excited to offer our app through the RocketCyber AppStore and participate in this journey to reform how MSPs deliver cyber security services.”

The RocketCyber Managed SOC Platform brings the MSP industry a solution where SOC (security operation center) services are delivered from one cloud console, unifying threat intelligence, threat hunting, breach detection, log monitoring and more spanning endpoint, network and cloud attack pillars.
